This beautiful villa spreads over 3 floors and 220 sq. m. Inside it is furnished with elegant and minimalistic styles. It has 5 bedrooms and is ideal for 10 people, but if necessary, it could accommodate up to 12 guests.

The swimming pool is 60 m² with 1.5 m depth throughout. There are sun loungers, poolside tables and umbrellas. From the pool area you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic sea view. There is a lovely lawn garden with hammock situated under the tree, where you rest and enjoy a nice book in the shade during the hot hours of the afternoon.

Living room
The spacious and modern open plan living room is located on the lower floor and has sofas, a smart TV, a table tennis and other games. There is also an equipped second kitchen. There is direct access to the outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue. If necessary, the dining table can be moved from the outdoor area to the living room.

Bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor – one twin and one double, and two bedrooms on the ground floor: double with en-suite bathroom and one twin with a separate bathroom. If needed, the twin beds can be converted into a double. A staircase takes you up to the first floor where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. If required, the double bed can be converted into 2 single beds. The first floor enjoys a very spacious private terrace with magnificent views.
All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a baby cot, if needed.
Bathrooms
There are 4 bathrooms in the villa and 2 of them are en-suite. There is a bathroom with a shower on the lower floor. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath on the first floor.

Kitchen
The villa has 2 fully equipped kitchens with all necessary electrical appliances. The main kitchen is located on the lower floor and the other one is on the ground floor. The kitchen has a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, one espresso and one filter coffee machine and dishes and utensils for all 12 guests.

Dining tables
There is one big dining table on the lower floor and one on the ground floor. Both tables can be easily moved indoors or outdoors if necessary.

The property has parking space for two cars.
